1. Why Can't I Place A Bid?

   Before you are able to bid in any particular auction, you must be approved to bid in that auction by the auction company whose auction you have registered to bid on.

   You must also be logged into your Isylan.com bidder account in order to register for auctions.

2. Why Haven't I Been Approved To Bid?

   Please ensure that your card details are correct as an expired card may be rejected by the auction company running that particular auction (if they require a deposit before bidding).

   Also, at peak times you may have to wait a short while for the auction company to process your application to bid, and to take a deposit before approving your application.

3. Who Should I Contact About Payment And Delivery?

   Please contact directly the auction company whose auction you have registered to bid on. The auction company's contact details are displayed in the Auction Notes section on the right-hand side of the auction page.

4. How Do I Contact An Auction Company?

   Contact details for an auction company are displayed in the "Auction Notes" section on the right-hand side of the auction page for that specific auction.

5. Help: I've Forgotten My Password!

   If you have forgotten your password please click here to go to the login page and then click the "Forgotten Your Password" link.
